Terms of Service

By creating an account or using EZPool, you agree to these terms. If you’re using EZPool on behalf of a business, you’re agreeing for that business too.

EZPool is a software-as-a-service platform for pool service operators. Features include customer management, route building and optimization, payment processing via Stripe Connect, water chemistry tracking, technician management, and AI-powered features such as voice notes and customer-list import. Features evolve over time; we add things and occasionally retire things.

• Keep your password secure. Anything that happens under your account is your responsibility.
• You must be 18 or older to sign up.
• One person or business per account — don't share accounts across companies.

• Subscription: $39/month, flat.
• Payment processing: 3.9% + $0.30 per card transaction; 1.0% (capped at $8) per ACH bank transaction.
• The subscription is billed monthly via Stripe.
• No long-term contract — cancel anytime.
• Refunds: pro-rated for the unused portion of your service, at our discretion.

Using EZPool, you agree that you won’t:

• Use the service for anything illegal.
• Attempt to access another operator's data.
• Spam your customers through EZPool.
• Violate communication laws that apply to your messages — e.g. TCPA for text messages, CAN-SPAM for email.

• You own the data you put into EZPool — your customers, visits, photos, and everything else.
• You grant us a limited license to host and process that data, solely to provide the service to you.
• You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you bring in.

• You can stop using EZPool and close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or non-payment.
• On termination, we'll export your data on request, then delete it within 30 days.

• EZPool is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
• We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we don't guarantee it.
• We're not responsible for losses caused by service outages, data loss, or the third-party services EZPool relies on.

Our maximum liability to you, for any claim related to EZPool, is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
• Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas.
• You and we each waive the right to participate in a class action.

We may update these terms. For material changes, we’ll give operators at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect.
