1. Who we are
EZPool is a product of Coyote Equity LLC, based in Benbrook, Texas. We provide pool service management software to pool operators — the companies that clean and maintain pools — and this policy covers both visitors to our website and operators who use the product.
2. Information we collect
From visitors to our website
- Information you choose to give us through the Get Started form: your name, email, phone number, and company.
- Basic cookies and analytics. We keep this minimal — enough to know the site works, not to follow you around the internet.
- Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, and timestamps. Every website collects these; we use them for security and debugging.
From operators using EZPool
- Account information: your name, email, and password (passwords are handled by Clerk, our sign-in provider — we never see or store them ourselves).
- Business information: your company name, address, and team details.
- The data you bring into EZPool to run your business: your customers, service visits, water chemistry readings, and photos.
- Payment information, handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers — we only see things like the last four digits and payment status.
3. How we use information
- To provide and improve EZPool.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and support requests.
- To send operational notifications that the product depends on (an invoice was paid, a route needs attention). We don't send marketing without your consent.
- To comply with legal requirements.
4. Sharing information
We don’t sell your data. Ever.
We do rely on a small set of service providers to run EZPool, and each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Clerk — sign-in and account security
- Resend — sending email
- Cloudflare — file storage (e.g. pool photos)
- Mapbox — maps and route optimization
- Anthropic — AI features such as voice-note transcription and customer-list import
- PostHog— privacy-friendly product analytics (anonymized usage events; no ad tracking, and we honor your browser’s Do Not Track setting)
Beyond that, we only disclose information when the law requires it.
5. Your data ownership
- Pool operators retain full ownership of their customer data. It's your business — EZPool is just where you run it.
- You can export all of your data as CSV at any time.
- If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
- We don't use your data for any purpose other than providing EZPool to you.
6. Security
- Encryption in transit — HTTPS everywhere.
- Encryption at rest for the database (Neon Postgres) and file storage (Cloudflare R2).
- Multi-tenant isolation enforced server-side: one operator's data is never visible to another.
- Regular security audits of the platform.
7. Children
EZPool is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is significant, we’ll communicate it to operators at least 30 days before it takes effect.

10. State-specific rights
California residents (CCPA)
You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request its deletion, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we don’t sell it), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
European residents (GDPR-aligned)
